Getting started

Running by Sunday. Set up in about ten minutes.

Here is the entire path, so you know exactly what you're saying yes to. Four steps — and the app walks you through the same four with a checklist when you sign up.

  1. 1Create your church

    2 minutes

Church name, your email, a password — that's the whole form. Your 14-day trial starts immediately, no card required. You land on your dashboard with a short checklist that walks you through the rest.

  2. 2Bring in your people

1 minute with Planning Center · as you go without it

Use Planning Center? One click connects it read-only and your directory syncs itself, then stays current. No Planning Center? Skip it — you can add people by hand right where you enter a care need, even folks who aren't members.

  3. 3Add 2–3 care team members

    3 minutes

Name and cell number — each person gets one text with their own app on their phone. No shared logins, no passwords to hand out, no training meeting. If they can receive a text, they're on the team.

  4. 4Enter your first care need

    30 seconds

Pick the person, pick what happened — a surgery, a hospital stay, someone you haven't seen. The moment you tap submit, a volunteer's phone buzzes. If they can't take it, it moves to the next person automatically, until someone says yes. That moment is the whole product.

What happens after that

From here the engine carries it. You'll feel it the first real Sunday:

Every alert escalates until a human accepts

No need waits on somebody remembering to check an app.

Follow-through runs on its own clock

Daily checks after a hospital stay, two weeks of grief care after a loss, a memorial touch every year after.

Monday tells you the truth

A weekly digest with the number that matters: needs dropped. It should say zero — and you can add your board to the list.

The deeper toolkit is one tap away

Shut-ins on a monthly visit rhythm, birthday texts, same-gender matching, meal & flower alerts — all in Quickstart & reference inside the app.

Ten minutes from now, this is running.

14 days free, no card, and a real person answers the email if you get stuck — the pastor who built it.
